1. Very helpful, but decreases screen crispness
I was looking for an anti-glare screen for my Kindle Fire that would allow me to use it outdoors more (or at all). This does the trick, however, you will notice that you lose some of the crispness of the Kindle Fire screen that makes it such a great viewing device to begin with. Because you can take it on and off without any hassles, I still think it was a worthwhile purchase, albeit a tad expensive for what it is. I don't leave this on the Fire all the time because I find the change in the screen to be a letdown and since I don't need it when I'm inside, why let the quality suffer? If I know I'm going to be using the Fire outside regularly, though, the protector goes on.
2. Moshi, the Holy Grail of Screen Protectors
I ordered this with a fair amount of skepticism as I have had little luck with other less expensive screen protectors. Fortunately, Amazon offered a 40% off special and I decided to try out the Moshi iVisor. The most important feature I was hoping for was the no bubbles claim. This was incredibly easy to put on and no bubbles! Yay! The second thing I wanted was a reduction in fingerprint smudges on the screen. I don't know how Moshi does it, but this screen protector reduces the smudges by at least 90%. Since I use this inside most of the time the anti glare feature had least importance. It does reduce the glare and I am happy for that. I really like the feel of it on my fingertips and find no loss of sensitivity when using the Kindle. I would recommend this product to anyone and even ordered one for my daughter. Thanks for a really great product!

Moshi for the Fire - at last
I have a Moshi screen on my iPad and have been waiting for the Kindle Fire version. Now I have it and it is just as good as the iPad version.
It feels better to the touch than the actual screen and the reflection suppression is wonderful.
And as usual it just lays on after a micro cloth wipe of the screen. The Moshi technology just does not create any bubbles or hassle in avoiding them. Expensive, agreed, but it is far and away the best.
