Built products never disappoint me, so I knew I couldn't go wrong with this sleeve for my Kindle Fire. For those of you who are skeptical about the opening that doesn't close completely: Don't worry. Your Kindle will not accidentally fall out. It is extremely secure. You can dangle it upside down, and your Fire will remain snug in its sleeve. The grooves at the bottom are there for you to grab with one hand as you pull the Fire out with the other hand. This makes removing the Fire quick and easy. I may get another one because it also fits my Kindle Keyboard perfectly as well. So, it doesn't have a built-in stand or a pocket for accessories, but you know what? It doesn't matter because it does what it's meant to do - protect your Kindle. Oh, and the surprise benefit: the fuzzy interior gently removes finger smudges as you insert or remove the Fire. I love that!!! I was just about to get the screen cleaner and cloth when I noticed my sleeve cleans the screen for me. Nice.
2. Perfect Fit!
I just got my Kindle Fire and I always carried my Kindle 2 wherever I went, so I knew I would need a case for the Fire. I knew I didn't really want something the Fire stayed in while I was using it so I knew I would be best with a sleeve or zippered pouch for it. I loved this pattern on the Built case. I was only concerned on if the Fire might slide out while I had it in my purse and become scratched. I didn't need to worry because these sleeve fits it perfectly! The kindle doesn't slide out at all! Also, these case is very slim. It does not add bulk to the unit so it will slide quite easily into my purse! Another plus, the inside is a surprising bright pink!
