This Cases give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Adequate, but some irritating flaws
This Belkin genuine leather cover fits the Fire HD 7" perfectly. It has four slip-in corner brackets that are pretty easily to pull on and take off. These hold the tablet very securely, and the case itself is clearly made to take a beating. It has a stylish real leather cover that's thick, feels good, and affords good grip. If you lose that grip, I'm pretty confident this thing would prevent any damage to the device from a short drop. The case itself, being leather, is clearly durable.

The case stand works well, and can meet pretty much every viewing angle. It just works, doesn't require any delicate positioning and there's really no chance it'll randomly fall over. This was the main thing I'd want it for, as it's just a pain to prop this tablet up while watching movies.

Now on to the downsides. The autowake feature does work... but only if you put the device in one way (with the camera to the outward edge). If you put it in the other way, it doesn't. However, if...

2. Belkin Leather Case for Kindle Fire HD
I've given some thought to comments by others regarding the location of the charging port and its relationship to the Belkin cover and I like it the way it is. My reasons are twofold:

1. When charging any electronic device, the battery gets warm--the higher the charging current, the more heat produced. If you could charge the Kindle with the leather case closed it would be a sandwich with the Kindle between two nice warm blankets retaining much of that heat. I would rather have it cooling in the air.

2. When the cover is closed, the ports are somewhat protected from dust, dirt, and moisture by the soft pile inside spine of the cover. I like that too.

As this is my only Kindle, tablet, etc. and cover, I can't speak to how it compares to others, but I like this cover. I like the way the Kindle is held in a solid position and prefer that to a loosely made mechanical swivel style that would allow the stand feature to be used in vertical mode. The magnetic...

Great Case That is a Great Companion
I bought this case today at the store. Since I was one of the people who bought the Kindle Fire HD directly from Amazon, I had it one day prior to buying this. Anyways, on my previous Kindle Fire I owned the Marware Eco-Vue case which I bought right here on Amazon, and was a phenomenal case. It did everything right and had little flaws, that's most likely the reason that it is the highest rated Kindle Fire Case on Amazon (Or near it). So, looking in my search I wanted a Marware again, unfortunately, because I wanted one right away and had to buy in store there were no cases that were Marware branded. As a matter of fact, there were only two brands, it was either an M-Edge or Belkin. I know that Belkin had made great accessories for the Kindle Fire, so it was my top choice. So I took it, fitted it on the Kindle Fire HD and it was a perfect fit! The fit was tight, but it's really secure in there. One of the things that really blew me away was how good the "Stand" is. On the Marware, it...
